Every inch of Foundation was built to be used as a creative space. Spaces and rooms, and most of our amenity spaces, are built as flex rooms to be transitioned into production spaces that will fit your creative needs. Our Hallways, Backlot, Lobby, Freight Elevator, Stairwells and Bathrooms are built with an aesthetic perfect for photo and video shoots.
We have a warehouse, dance rehearsal studio, fashion studio, empty rooms, backlot, lobby, stairwells, recording studios, photo rooms, dressing rooms, conference room, podcast studio, production spaces, flex areas and a dj practice space.
